Dr. Cyndi Estrade
Dr. Cyndi Estrade’s purpose in life is to help animals. She received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and graduated Summa cum Laude from the University of New Orleans in 2001. Soon after she became a CPA. Four years later she decided to follow her dream of helping animals and started vet school at Louisiana State University’s School of Veterinary Medicine. She received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from LSU in 2009. Upon graduation she began practicing in Houston. She then moved to Richmond and purchased Brazos Bend Animal Hospital in May of 2017 from Dr. Karen Ross. Her favorite parts of veterinary medicine include working with pets, the clients, and having a great staff. At home, she has 3 dogs, 3 cats, and a turtle named Clover.
Dr. Aaron Rainer
Dr. Aaron Rainer received his B.S. in Biomedical Science in December 1998, and Mastered in Public Health and earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Texas A&M University in May of 2006. He has a strong interests in preventive medicine, internal medicine, surgery, and leadership.
Dr. Rainer holds several professional leadership positions and presently serves as the President of the Texas Veterinary Medical Association (TVMA) and its over 4000 members. He has served on the Executive Committee as the Council Chair on External Affairs and as a Board of Director for two regions: North Central Texas & Gulf Coast. Dr. Rainer is also a co-lead of TVMA External Communications and has served in many capacities for TVMA, including the Legislative Committee, State Board Rules Task Force, Conference Rebranding Task Force, and the Recent Graduate Committee.
Professional highlights include: 2014 12-Under-12 Young Alumni Spotlight (Texas A&M University), 2014 Rising Star Award (Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine & Biomedical Sciences), 2010 Emerging Leader (AVMA), 2008 Recent Graduate Practitioner of the Year (TVMA), and 2006 Buck Weirus Spirit Award Recipient (Texas A&M University).
Aaron joined Brazos Bend Animal Hospital in 2018. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys all things Aggie. Dr. Rainer was born and raised in Temple, Texas, and keeps strong ties to his hometown as a partner with the Animal Emergency Center of Temple-Belton. He and his wife, Laurin, were married July 2000 and have two children, Adriel and Jace. He has two dogs – Gilly and Frankie, 3 cats – Gracie, Janet, Boogie and beef cattle. Dr. Molly Price
Molly Price, DVM, grew up in Dallas, TX, where her love for serving people and animals began. A 2002 graduate of Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine, she practiced for several years in the Dallas area and recently moved to Houston in 2018. She is active in the Houston community and enjoys being involved in music ministry at her church and spending time outdoors with her husband, children, and pets.
Kim has been a veterinary technician for many years. She had her first job as a kennel tech after school at the age of 12 in Cheyenne, Wyo. She worked as a kennel/tech all through high school and always had a passion for helping animals. She took a couple years off when her children were young but has been an active veterinary technician for the last 11 years. All together she has 17 years of experience. She has a large family that includes 6 children and lots of critters. Her ultimate goal in life is to live each day to its fullest because tomorrow is never guaranteed.

Ashley started as a technician at Brazos Bend Animal Hospital in August of 2018. She Graduated in 2009 from Vet Tech Institute with an associate degree in Animal Science. She has 3 crazy boys, 2 orange tabbys named Hank and Cash and a Goldendoodle named Presley. Ashley’s favorite part of being a tech is surgery and new puppy visits. She also is interested in behavior and loves training. In her free time Ashley loves yoga, music and hanging out with her boys.
Audra enjoys working with all of the animals here, as well as all of her own, which include two dogs: Scout, an Australian Shepherd and Rowdy, an Aussie mix. She has one cat Piper, a horse named Cheyenne, a cow named Buttercup and two calves Jack and Jill. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family outdoors and helping her daughter train Scout for the competitive dog world!
Brenda started working at Brazos Bend Animal Hospital in September 2017. Brenda graduated from B.F Terry High School in 2018 . She hopes to continue her education in the veterinary field and become a registered Vet Tech. She loves caring for so many animals including her Dachshund mix name Coketa. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and boyfriend.

Joanna has been in the vet field since 2007. She graduated from Vet Tech institute in 2011. She loves being a vet tech because she enjoys seeing the bond between pets and owners. She feels she can make a difference by educating clients and demonstrating how to care for their pets. Her favorite part about being a tech is cleaning very dirty teeth because there are immediate results and she knows the pet is much happier and healthier with clean teeth. She has 3 fur babies that she loves very much. A yorkie named Sophie, a Chihuahua named Buddy, and a cat named Khaleesi. In her spare time she enjoys going to the park or beach, scrapbooking, watching movies and spending time with her family.
Client Service Coordinators
Mandy started with our hospital in October of 2012. She is a client service coordinator/inventory technician who enjoys all animals and working with clients. She has eight cats of her own, Penny, Pj, Oppossum, Meeko, Duke, Baby Cat, Bean, and Homer. She also has two Standard Poodles, Mordy and Leila. Mandy enjoys spending time with her family in her spare time and working on photography.
Skylar started working at Brazos bend Animal Hospital in December of 2017. She has a passion for helping clients and providing the best care possible for their fur-babies. Skylar is currently attending the University of Houston to obtain a B.S. in Kinesiology with a minor in Human Development and Family Studies. She plans to complete her alternative certification to become a teacher once graduating in December 2018. Skylar has a few fur-babies with her boyfriend Stevie. They have a Belgium Malinois named Justice, and two sugar gliders named Kermit and Nelson.
Bridgett has made a life out of caring for animals. A fixture of dog show communities since the late 90s, Bridgett has groomed and shown for professional dog handlers nationwide. She grew up in Lindale, Texas where she and her mother bred Akitas. In 2010, Bridgett moved to Bryan where she managed a grooming shop. She recently moved to Richmond with her husband Josh and their three dogs, Stetson, Danity and Sparkle.
Sarah joined our team in September of 2018. She is currently studying sonography at Cardiotech Ultrasound School in Houston. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family. She lives in Wallis with her son Johnathan and two cats named Ollie and Charlotte.
Mandy K started January 2019. She loves helping others and their fur babies. Since a young age, Mandy has helped rescue/foster animals with a program called HOPE. She has a 16 year old cat. She plans on becoming an administrative assistant in the future. In her spare time, enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids and loves watching sports.
